Doghead 375 dutch train
Dog head 375
Materieel '54 (Mat '54) was a series of two and four-part electric trainsets of the Dutch Railways, named after the year in which the first order was placed. Because of the distinctive shape of the nose, they were often (although not officially) referred to as Dog's Head.
Until 2014, train unit 375 was a static object in the Assen traffic park and has now been transferred to Camping Land uit Zee.
The train set has now been converted into a sleeping accommodation with 10 sleeping places. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed.
The result is impressive, as many authentic parts of the train have been preserved, such as the driver's cab and compartments.
For example, a sleeping place has been created in the goods location.
In the dog head there are two toilets and a bathroom. Of course there is a kitchen with everything you need. However, no oven. Naturally, the entire train is equipped with heating.
The rental price includes kitchen linen, made beds and cleaning costs. You only need to bring your own towels for showering and enjoy!
Pets are not allowed.
