The Robbenoordbos is a forest north of Wieringerwerf and south of Den Oever, it is located about one kilometer north of the Dijkgatbos.

It is beautiful cycling and moving on the former island of Wieringen.

In the cozy village of Wieringerwerf you can go shopping, there are several restaurants and there is a swimming pool.

At Wieringen you will be staying on a sturdy mountain. The Secret Wadden Island Wieringen is a rock in the sea formed of moraines.

If you want to soak up culture for a day, you can go to Medemblik, about 10 kilometers from our campsite.

Swimming, (kite) surfing, sunbathing ... within 10 minutes you are at the nice 'Lutjestrand' on the IJsselmeer, or in half an hour in the bustling seaside resort of Callantsoog on the North Sea.
