General conditions

General

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all recreationist(s) of the Land uit Zee campsite at Oom Keesweg 12a in Wieringerwerf.
• With the conclusion of the agreement, these General Terms and Conditions become effective.
• Upon request, a copy of these Terms and Conditions will be provided free of charge to the vacationer(s). It is also possible to print them from the website.
• The agreement expires after the expiration of the agreed period, without notice being required.
• The vacationer(s) must have a permanent place of residence and/or abode.
• The owner is not liable for damage, injury, loss or theft of property of the vacationer(s). In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are the responsibility of the recreationist(s).
• Damage and loss of the owner's movable and immovable property must be reported and reimbursed immediately to the owner by the vacationer(s).
• The vacationer(s) must follow the owner's instructions.
  *The owner may deny and/or refuse the holiday maker(s) access to Camping Land uit Zee with immediate effect, without further notice and indication of reasons and without refund of accommodation costs, in case of violation of these General Conditions and in case of inappropriate behavior.
• The owner's records will be decisive in case of mutual disagreement, unless the vacationer(s) can prove otherwise.
• The recreant(s) of Camping Land from Sea must abide by the following House Rules and Regulations.
• Jervin and Saskia Tonneman are the owners and managers of Camping Land from Sea, further referred to as owner. The owner may be replaced.

Reservation and confirmation

The reservation/agreement can be made verbally, by phone, in writing, by e-mail or through the website.
Upon receipt of your reservation request, Camping Land uit Zee will send a confirmation (if space is available) and the reservation is final.
We ask you to pay after reservation. It is also possible (if discussed with the owner) to pay upon arrival. Possible extras can be paid for in cash before or at departure.

Our reservation confirmations refer to these General Conditions.

Payment

• The accommodation costs of the Camping Land from Sea must be paid in advance unless otherwise discussed with the owner.
• The owner can deviate from these conditions in consultation with the holiday maker(s).
• For other costs, you must pay them in cash upon departure.
• The rates can be found on our website.
• The holiday maker(s) must pay in euros.
• In case the holiday maker(s) wishes to extend the agreement, the holiday maker(s) will have to have paid the owner before the start of the extension.

Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that the holiday maker is unable to comply with the concluded rental agreement, the holiday maker(s) must notify us as soon as possible so that the owner can still offer the vacant date to third parties.
• In case of cancellation, the holiday maker(s) shall pay a compensation to the owner. This compensation consists of:
• Up to 2 months before the start date the cancellation is free of charge.
• Upon cancellation up to 1 month before the start date, 25% of the amount is due as compensation.
• For cancellation up to 1 week before the effective date, 50% of the amount is due as compensation.
• If cancelled within one week before the effective date until the day of arrival itself, 100% of the amount is due as compensation.
• A cancellation must also be in writing.

We would further refer you to your cancellation insurance.

HOUSE RULES

Arrival and departure

• On the day of arrival you can use your camping pitch from 1:30 pm.
• Upon arrival, you must first report to the owner and will be asked to show your ID.
• On the day of departure you must leave the camping site at 12.30 pm.
• Deviation from the above times may only be made by agreement.
• There will be no refund in case of early departure.

Your stay

• Noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., should be avoided.
• Visitors wishing to stay overnight in an extra tent must be reported to the owner.
• The presence of suspicious persons should be reported immediately to the owner.
• Dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash.

We wish you a pleasant stay at Camping Land uit Zee
